Creative social ad starring popular Armenian actors Hayk Marutyan and Mkrtich Arzumanyan (Hayko Mko): a different take on justice, equality and social inclusion. The PSA was produced within the framework of the USAID-funded LIFE program implemented by Save the Children and partner organizations.

Disabled people are an invisible minority in Armenia, rarely seen on the streets or in public. Many feel that can't get the prized disability certification that allows them to receive government benefits without a bribe to an official.
