The coalition of Havat and Unison NGOs has completed implementation of the EU-funded project “From Equal Rights – to Equal Opportunities.” As an outcome of this nation-wide project, a National Plan of Action on Disability 2006-2010 (NPAD) was elaborated. The NPAD was published in a single book.
