International Day of People with Disabilities was held today.

A session of the Disability Council at the Chairman of the National Assembly devoted to the International Day of People with Disabilities was held today. The first presentation on the agenda was made by Armen Alaverdyan, Executive Director of Unison. He presented a draft law on accessibility elaborated by Unison NGO. The NA Chairman positively assessed the draft law and recommended the relevant Parliamentary Commissions review the document and submit it to the National Assembly.
